Check-In Information & Arrival

 

• Check in is between 1-4 P.M. You will need to plan your arrival accordingly as accomodations cannot and will not be guaranteed prior to the stated check in hours.

  • ​Should you arrive early we always recommend to have lunch at a local restaurant and go to the beach while the property is being cleaned/inspected.

• DO NOT go to the unit prior to check in, you will not be allowed in until the property is ready, at which time you will be contacted. 

• If you will be a late arrival please let us know in advance so that arrangements may be made to accomodate your arrival.

• Each property has at least one parking space and may be assigned. If you have more than one vehicle please notify us so we can try to accomodate your needs.

• Linens are not provided. Please click here for a list of items you may need to bring. 

• Rearranging furniture is not allowed and may result in a setup charge.

• If, upon arrival, guests notice something is broken, not working  or missing please call our office IMMEDIATELY to remedy the situation. We always ask that you notify us prior to checking out so we can make your stay and enjoyable one. 

• You will be given a packet with keys and/or a door code to get into the property- neither of these will be given until the stated check in times and until the property has been inspected
