• Reservations

  • All reservations require a deposit of half the base rental rate, due within 7 days of making the reservation.

  • The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

  • After the necessary paperwork and deposit have been received the reservation will be confirmed.

  • If payment is not recieved within 10 days the reservation will be cancelled.

  • Tentative reservations for 2016 will only require a $100 deposit within 7 days of making the reservation.

  • 12% Accomodation Tax is added to all reservations

  • Linen rentals are available.

  • A $45.00 non-refundable security deposit will be added to the total cost of the reservation.

  • There is a $35.00 reservation fee.

  • Departure maid service is included.

  • Payments can be made by personal check, cashiers check, or money order

    • Personal checks will only be accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Credit card payments are available with a 5% processing fee.
